These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GanjiPesa mobile application and services ("Services") provided by GANJI TECH LIMITED, a company registered in Kenya under Registration No. PVT-7815K3WV ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the GanjiPesa app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

To access the Services, you must register an account by providing your personal information including your name, phone number, national ID number, and other required details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Loan applications are subject to credit assessment and approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any loan application at our sole discretion.

Loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined based on your creditworthiness assessment.

You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection or immediate loan termination.

5. Loan Repayment

You agree to repay the loan amount plus interest and any applicable fees in accordance with the agreed repayment schedule.

Repayments are automatically deducted from your M-Pesa account on the due date. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.

Late payments may incur additional fees and may be reported to Credit Reference Bureaus.

Interest rates and fees are clearly disclosed during the loan application process before you accept the loan.

Annual Percentage Rates (APR) range from 12% to 36% depending on the loan term and your credit profile.

Additional fees may include late payment fees and processing fees, which are disclosed in the loan agreement.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account by contacting help@ganjipesa.com. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to repay any outstanding loans.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GANJI TECH LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
